- Online product discovery
- Active commercial marketing
- Reported daily sales
The challenge
A strong furniture collection cannot sell if customers do not discover it. G HOME’s showroom struggled to attract footfall, and product discovery largely depended on visiting in person. This limited visibility and opportunities to buy.
Our approach
Turn the catalogue into a tool for discovery and purchase, then connect the new digital presence to marketing that encourages customers to explore collections and place an order. The aim was to create another route to the customer, beyond the showroom.
Our contribution
- Built an eCommerce website and organised the catalogue by category.
- Presented products with visuals, descriptions and prices to support selection.
- Improved product imagery and showed collections in relevant interiors.
- Created social content and commercial material highlighting clearance offers.
- Supported the online marketing campaign to drive discovery and sales.
- Room-based navigation, dedicated clearance and a WhatsApp handoff carrying product context.
The results
G HOME now has a catalogue customers can explore remotely and an online ordering journey. Daily sales have been reported to AOUI following the transformation. The digital presence introduces collections before a visit, extends the sales conversation and creates opportunities beyond spontaneous showroom footfall.
Commercial outcomes reported to AOUI. No quantified metrics or independent sales audit are presented. These outcomes are not attributed exclusively to AOUI’s intervention.
The details that move the sales journey forward

01
Navigation starts with the room
Living room, dining room, bedroom and storage: the menu connects each room to its furniture families. Visitors can move straight to sofas, armchairs or tables without browsing the whole catalogue.
Reduce search effort and make the collection accessible before a showroom visit.

02
Clearance becomes a destination
A dedicated clearance section brings offers together. Price and newness sorting, discounted prices and availability indicators make selection more concrete.
Give promotional communication and price-conscious customers a clear destination.

03
From product to a useful conversation
The product page combines contextual imagery, a gallery, product reference, price and add-to-cart. “Talk to an adviser” opens WhatsApp with the product name, reference and page link already included in the message.
Customer service knows which product the customer means from the start, supporting selection and ordering.
Presentation compositions
These compositions use actual desktop website captures. The portrait format is a presentation visual, not a capture of the website on a mobile device. Prices and availability reflect the capture date. Conceptual imagery retains its original site labels.
